Nice place to stay, positioned well between the city and the west end and right next to a footbridge over the motorway. The rooms and location were lovely even on a damp November weekend. Nice breakfast too and a fleeting glimpse of the cat to boot!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hostess was very accommodating explaining and showing us some of the special places to see in Glasgow. The location was ideal and everything we wanted to see was all within walking distance from the B+B.Since we had to leave for the airport Friday morning at 6 am we could not stay for the departing breakfast. No problem: the hostess made us sandwiches to go.I would recomend this place to anyone to stay.

Our junior sweet was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The decor was beautiful with the theme of Mackintosh the architect. Our hostess, Loraine, was gracious, polite, and gave us wonderful suggestions for tasty eats in the area. She also met us a little earlier to drop our luggage and hit the city sightseeing. The location is walkable to downtown and the surrounding area has so much to offer. We walked everywhere we needed to go- although we got in 8 miles per day. Location is super close to the train to Edinburgh. Also- it was truly a delight to have our breakfast delivered to our room each morning! What an absolute treat. We would return if we found our way back to Glasgow.

A few too many rules for my liking. No shoes inside, set times for breakfast, I missed the sheet to fill in one night as we were out all day so I was in the wrong. Needs to focus on what suits the travellor.

So Much More Than I Expected - Rating 5/5
Innkeeper Lorraine has gone to great lengths to create a serene, sophisticated, lovely B&B. She even makes you feel personally cared for! After greeting me at the door, Lorraine took the into the vwell-appointedcommon room, and then took the time to show me where we were, what was near by, and things to see and do on a map of Glasgow. Next we filled out a choice-laden form of what I'd like for breakfast the following morning. Yes, she was going to hand-deliver it to my room! When I got to my room, I was stunned -- it was huge, with high ceilings and a king-size bed. The color palette was calm, sophisticated and just delightful to be in! The linens were high-end and really comfortable, too. It gets better: the ensuite bathroom was enormous with all new, modern fixtures. Nothing moldy, no uneven floors or tired lights, like I'd been experiencing in other UK lodgings. I just felt taken care of there!

Comfort and Style - Rating 5/5
This delightful boutique B&B is a great place to stay if you want to escape the horrors of the big city hotels. The grand old building has been tastefully and sympathetically restored by the owner, Lorraine, and the spacious and comfortable rooms have been beautifully decorated and well maintained. Comfortable kingsize beds ensure a good night's sleep; delicious breakfasts, served in the room, feel like a real treat. The location is perfect, close to lovely Kelvingrove Park and the Kelvingrove and Hunterian Museums and art galleries, with the centre of Glasgow and the river and its attractions not far away. There are many good restaurants within walking distance in Finnieston and Byres Road - Lorraine can offer lots of suggestions on places to eat - as well as things to see and do. We will definitely return here. Highly recommended.

Loved this boutique hotel disguised as a guest house, or maybe a guest house disguised as a boutique hotel! Welcomed at check in by the owner and, after choosing breakfast shown to our double room. Very large bed, toilet and shower room. Little extras like crisps and chocolate and luxury towels make it feel like a real treat. We were staying for a birthday night and went to a concert. 15Glasgow was within walking distance of the Hydro and the city centre. I’d recommend.

A lovely intimate property in a very elegant part of central Glasgow; a quiet location (with ample parking) yet very accessible. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Bed was lovely and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was very luxurious. The breakfast was nice (&very fresh & hot) without being amazing and we would probably have preferred to have it in a dining room or around a communal table rather than in our bedroom (but that is just a personal preference). We would definitely recommend and return, should the occasion arise.

It is in a quiet and lovely location,so we could happily sleep with a window open, letting the room cool to a perfect sleeping temperature. Our room was large, very clean, very nicely appointed, comfortable and everything worked. An important thing for us was the large bed… perfect for me, a little too firm for my wife.Lorraine the host is absolutely lovely, was very accommodating of our check in times, updated us on the rugby score😁, and provided us with superb breakfasts, served in our room right on time.We highly recommend and will use again.

Ok - Rating 4/5
Lovely big room upgrade very quiet and peaceful place and a good nights sleep to be fair. Not sure about having to wear slippers though a slight imposition to be honest but manageable!Breakfast in the room-not for us. No one around to ask for anything if you needed. The breakfast was ok but rather stingy in one piece of toast and allocated butter portions come on it’s 170 per night for two people! Not the cheapest place and whole owner/housekeeper very pleasant would not go back. Not for people with mobility issues as no lift either. Maybe we just aren’t B&B people!

A gem! - Rating 5/5
Lovely large, light-filled room in grand house, immaculately clean and well-equipped, very quiet. Perfect location in beautiful West End of Glasgow - short walk to Kelvingrove, but city centre also very walkable. But the highlight was Lorraine -- I had a horribly stressful day after being stranded by a broken down rental car and she was a lifesaver, offering moral support and keeping my spirits up until I eventually managed to get out from under her feet and drive away in another car (many hours after check-out time). Thank you, Lorraine, you're a gem!

The facilities here are lovely. We were allowed to leave our bags early. The rooms were well furnished and clean. Bed was comfortable. Host did move our bags to our rooms which was nice but also moved things around when cleaning. Would have appreciated the option to not have our room cleaned. Also this is a no shoes facility, I suffer from plantar faciitis and would have appreciated the option to leave mine on.

A great base to explore Glasgow, especially the West End - Rating 5/5
We were in the CRM room which is large, light and comfortable. Excellent bed and bathroom. Tasty breakfast, imaginative choices, delivered to the room. Properly dog friendly which was important to us. The private gardens opposite were a Godsend as was the off street parking. Many nice touches, especially Tunnocks treats and Bailey's!Only niggles were both temperature related, the heating could have been higher during these cooler evenings and the hot water wasn't consistent, in fact I had a cold shower yesterday.Overall a brilliant place to stay, and yes, we'd certainly come back 🙂👍

Our second stay as this charming house is so well positioned for Glasgow’s attractions but is quiet and peaceful to rest up at the end of the day! Lorraine makes you very welcome and is full of helpful advice and information. Rooms are warm and comfortable with lovely bed linens and fluffy towels, plenty of storage space and hangers (a pet hate when there aren’t enough). Guests have access to a fridge for fresh milk and water and are provided with biscuits and snacks as well as a good tea selection. It’s nice to breakfast in your room with a good menu and everything freshly cooked.Highly recommended and we will certainly be back.

Perfect for a short stay in Glasgow- Rating 5/5
The location is perfect as it’s only a short walk into the city centre but it’s in a quiet street and there are a couple of private parking places for guests at the rear of the building. It’s very spacious and comfortable as we prefer a superking bed and I really enjoy having breakfast in the privacy of our room. Breakfast was delicious and brought at a time that suits you. There is also a residents lounge on the ground floor with some drinks and fresh milk for your tea/coffee. Lorraine is a friendly and hospitable host who makes you feel very welcome. This will always be our first choice for a short break in Glasgow.

A hidden gem - Rating 5/5
My wife and I stayed here in December and chose this place due to it's convenience for a restaurant we'd booked in the West End. Normally we'd stay in one of the nicer hotels in the town centre, but we're so glad we chose 15 instead. The hotel is immaculate and the attention to detail is exceptional. The host, Lorraine, is great and the space in the room (we booked a park view suite) was amazing. Some nice extras were free parking outside at the weekends, complimentary beers for guests, and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely be back :-)

Perfection! - Rating 5/5
15 Glasgow was absolutely perfect for our recent stay in Glasgow! It was conveniently located in the West End near our daughter and the University (which was the reason for our visit). The property is situated on a quiet street directly adjacent to the park and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and sites. We received excellent communication in advance of our arrival, and the proprietor kindly accomodated us dropping our luggage upon our early morning arrival and provided a map and recommendations for a perfect breakfast and activities to fill our afternoon until check-in.When we arrived back, we received a warm welcome to a beautifully appointed room where our luggage was waiting for us!Our suite overlooked the park, had a fireplace, a sectional sofa, table and chairs, tea/coffee and snack bar, a gorgeous, well-appointed bathroom, comfy bed, and a vanity table. You are provided with a menu to select breakfast each morning which is delivered to your room on a tray. There are also snacks and drinks available with a refrigerator on the first floor. One morning we were leaving for a day-tour before breakfast hours and arrived home the evening prior to find that Lorraine had prepared breakfast and snacks for us to take along with us the next morning! She has truly thought of everything - the drawing room is stocked with books, DVDs, and an endless supply of tour guide pamphlets and books, maps, and even umbrellas to use as needed. This was a perfect stay in every way!

Pros:- lovely building- great location- huge room- great bathroom- comfortable bed- immaculately cleanThe niggles:- Coffee provision not refreshed in room- Ketchup not refreshed in room (an issue as breakfast was served in room)- Scottish breakfast was missing potato scone and square sausage- Being asked to take shoes off anywhere in the premisesOverall a good experience but compromises mean we felt it was not quite worth the almost £350 for two nights.

We had one night at 15 Glasgow after along haul flight from Brisbane and it was just the best place ever to recover from our journey. Our room was beautiful, the bed and bedding perfect and the amazing bathroom and fluffy towels delightful. All the little extras provided made for a very comfortable stay. The view from the windows was just the trees in the Gardens opposite which was very restful and we left the shutters and curtains open so that we could wake up to them.Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious.Sitting at the window in our Jammies was relaxing and just perfect.Hopefully we will stay there again on another visit to Glasgow and definitely for more than just one night. The location is great for a walk to the West End and everything it has to offer or a short stroll into the centre of the City.We got parked right outside the front door too.Loved it.

Comfortably Luxurious! - Rating 5/5
Had a wonderful two night stay here. Stayed in the CRM room overlooking the gardens. Even though it was red hot outside the room had been well ventilated and was a perfect temperature. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room is very spacious and had everything anyone would need and a good supply of ice cold water bottles which was so refreshing when returning out of the heat of the day. Breakfast was served in the room and the choice was really good. We had cooked breakfasts and omelette and even though served in the room everything was still hot and tasted delicious. Our only downside was that the coffee wasn’t strong enough, but that’s personal taste. Will definitely be back . Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay.

A lodging gem in Glasgow - Rating 5/5
I stayed in this lovely boutique Bed and Breakfast for two nights in July of 2022.I was upstairs in the Blue Suite, a very large and beautifully decorated room on the third floor. There is no elevator, but the owner, Lorraine, was very helpful and carried my suitcase upstairs, and then down again when I left. She gave me lots of information about the city and our particular neighborhood, including nearby restaurants, and called me a taxi when I was leaving.I was very well taken care of - which was important, since I was traveling by myself. For breakfast, I ordered what I wanted the night before. There was a knock on my door at the time I requested, where I picked up the tray and had breakfast at my very large table overlooking the park.I'm not sure if this was the normal procedure or due to COVID, but it was a quiet and tranquil way to start the day.Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. The hotel is located at 15 Woodside Place.I'm not sure if that is technically considered the West End, but if it isn't, it is right on the border. It is a wonderful and quiet location - primarily residential, close to a number of parks, museums, and the botanical gardens, but close enough to the downtown area so that you very easily walk to the restaurants and stores.I am planning to return to Glasgow and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a prime location - Rating 5/5
We had a 3 night stay here, our first visit to Glasgow. The hotel is beautiful, well equipped and Lorraine has made sure that all needs are catered for. The complimentary snacks, were lovely and well thought out. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered to a set time, and was hot and tasty. This was served to the room, and whilst there was a nice table and chairs to eat it at, this would not be my personal choice, preferring to go to a dining room, at a more flexible time. However, I understand that for some this would be seen as an added luxury. Lorraine was very knowledgeable about the local area and was clearly very keen to ensure that her visitors gained as much as possible form their visit.

Location was ideal for both the West End and Sauchiehall Street. The room was huge and well worth a bit extra you would pay for a standard hotel room to have space to move around and relax. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch and we will definitely be back for another wee treat.

Great stay in Glasgow - Rating 5/5
I work away and stay in Hilton’s every week. The difference was seismic but well received! The rooms are jaw dropping but I would only recommend to people who do not want the flexibility of a bigger hotel. We had a lovely time and the area is stunning. Thank you.

I stayed at 15Glasgow for one night, but I'll definitely be coming back! Lorraine, the owner, was lovely and so helpful during my stay. The room I had was gorgeous, with a comfy bed and the breakfast (served to my room) was delicious. No complaints at all! For the price, you absolutely couldn't choose a better place to stay in Glasgow!

Almost Perfect - Rating 4/5
We stayed at 15Glasgow for the 2 nights following our wedding. The guest house is beautiful, we stayed in the Charles Rennie MacIntosh room and we couldn’t fault it at all. It was totally clean, comfortable and the decor was immaculate. Lorraine was also really flexible about our arrival late at night following the wedding which was great. Our only small issue was with breakfast. We are both vegan & selected 15Glasgow as we noted that vegan options were available for breakfast (although in the year 2021, there should be everywhere). The food itself was absolutely delicious, really fresh and amazing flavour. Just the portions were absolutely tiny! We felt like we needed 3-4 times the amount we had been given. For 2 bowls of cereal and 2 hot drinks we were given a tiny container of milk (the type you would get in a cafe for one persons worth of coffee). This meant we had to leave the room twice during the meal to ask for more milk (which in all honesty still wasn’t enough but we didn’t want to leave the room again). The hot food tasted absolutely fantastic but the portions wouldn’t have filled up my 3 year old nephew, unfortunately. We had to go out and buy ourselves something else later that morning as we were still very hungry. The food was the only criticism we have of 15Glasgow, the guest house itself was amazing and if you don’t really like eating, you’ll love it. For us, being massive foodies, that was all that was lacking.

Exceptionally spacious bedroom with an extremely efficient check-in and out. Breakfast served in room which was extremely well done and a pleasant way to start the day. The room was very clean, protocols were in place to ensure cleanliness and we felt very well looked after. The location is extremely handy for central Glasgow - which can on a Saturday night be a little boisterous, but we really enjoyed our stay! Well done!

Have stayed here several itmes in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. This time was no exception.Lorraine is an excellent innkeeper. The breakfast, served in you room, is always exellent. The rooms are well kept and very clean. One draw back, however, is what we call the 'light' police. The establishment makes it a habit of going in to rooms where the occupants are out for the dat and turning off all lights and appliances inkuding charging devices for phones, lap tops, etc. We spoke to Lorraine about this but are not sure of the results.

Believe the hype - Rating 5/5
We settled on 15Glasgow after it cropped up time and time again in articles about the best Glasgow has to offer. This is not undeserved; this is a beautiful house, in a great location. Sitting at your window for breakfast and watching squirrels racing over the trees outside; venturing in to the nearby West End for drinks and music; or walking the Kelvin and strolling through Kelvingrove Park; you are spoilt for choice here, and it would be easy enough never to leave the house itself.

Stately Glasgow B&B - Rating 5/5
We arrived at Glasgow on a dreary wet Glasgow day and were relieved to receive a warm welcome to this most amazing Georgian terrace house. The room we stayed in was one of the suites which consisted of the largest bedroom we ever had the good fortune to experience, coupled with a very well appointed ensuite bathroom. All rooms have central heating which was a boon to dry our wet rain jackets. Most of the bedrooms are on the upper floors but the stairs up to the upper floors are wide and relatively easy to manage a suitcase. The location of Glasgow15 is very central, with an underground rail station 6 minutes walk away to take you one stop into Central Glasgow. If you arrive with a car, there is some off street parking at the back of the property but make sure you negotiate it with your host well before you arrive. We loved our stay at Glasgow15 and have no trouble in rating it a 5.An ample breakfast is delivered to your room which has a proper breakfast table.Tim and Marlene. HIDDEN GEM - Rating 5/5
What can I say, after a long journey North we arrived at 15. After a quick check in we were shown to our rooms, these rooms are oversized, extremely well decorated & very very comfortable. Breakfast was chosen & out we went for the evening, the next morning our party of 6 had a wonderful breakfast in the lounge room. Pretty much the same sketch for Sunday! Lorraine was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble & we would have no hesitation in suggesting this property to friends, families & potential clients! Looking forward to visiting again before the end of the year!!!

Glasgow grandeur - Rating 5/5
This is the second time we've stayed at 15Glasgow, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The rooms (and bathrooms) are large, the bed is comfortable with good quality bedding, the breakfast (served in the room to order) is delicious. The house is in a gracious terrace near Kelvingrove park and the museum, and it's an easy walk into the centre of town.Lorraine, the owner, knows the area well and her restaurant recommendations are reliable - there are many excellent restaurants close by.

Beautiful Victorian with modern twist - Rating 4/5
The location was much nicer than being in the city center.Light and bright and near Kelvingrove Park. There are plenty of restaurants near by with a variety of different foods. There are some sites to see in the area and a medium walk or short Uber ride to city enter. We have stayed in a number of B&Bs across the world. This has it's quirks, as most do. Breakfast in your room is nice, but I understand the issues of this from both sides. Perhaps selecting it by evening and placing the selections on the door would resolve the issues for some. I agree it can be hard to make decision 24hr ahead of time. Multiple rooms needing the same time slot can be an issue. Lorraine tried to work with us on that one day where we had a conflict. And when we had to depart early, she left muffins in our room for a quick snack. Our room was very nice and well maintained. The B&B did seem deserted at times because the main lounge was not really used and folks seems to remain in their rooms. This is unfortunate since staying in a B&B, meeting other guests is part of the experience.

Great place to stay - Rating 5/5
We had stayed in 15 Glasgow before and looked forward to staying again. We were made to feel very welcome and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and met my dietary needs. The space is quiet and you have a lot of freedom in relation to coming in and access to the building. It feels as if you are on your own in the house but, if you need to speak to Lorraine, then she is a bell ring away! Really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

No. 15 is a beautifully renovated historic Glasgow terraced home conveniently close to the city centre in adry quiet opposite a tree lined sheltered garden. This location is ideal for any visitor wishing to experience the grandeur of Glasgow’s domestic architecture and Lorraine, the owner, has thoughtfully and tastefully provided everything necessary for a comfortable and memorable stay.Glasgow city is historically and architecturally of enormous interest and well worth a visit of several days at least. Great to walk or run around and with a good public transport network as well. The Willow Tree Tea Rooms are a delightful “must†for anyone who is interested in the Glasgow School of Art and influence of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Art galleries and museums need several days too to absorb and appreciate.No. 15 therefore is the ideal historic and chic B&B to stay in Glasgow!

I was hiking the West Highland Way by myself and wanted a nice place to stay on my last night in Scotland to celebrate the end of the hike. I’m so glad I stayed here. Lorraine was a wonderful host: so friendly and accommodating. She gave me a great tip on where to eat dinner based on how I might feel comfortable as a single female, which was so thoughtful. The B&B itself is beautiful and located on a lovely quiet street across from a park. Easy access to Kelvingrove Park and exploring West Glasgow. The room was excellent: wonderful shower, great tea selection, a healthy and delicious breakfast - even a Tunnocks marshmallow as a little treat (I wish they had Tunnocks in the US!). Lorraine goes above and beyond for her guests and it shows. Staying here is worth every penny; I can’t really imagine a better B&B experience.

Did much more than tick the boxes - Rating 5/5
15 Woodside ticked all our boxes for an excellent B&B: a comfortable, warm room on an attractive, quiet street, tasty and healthy breakfasts with good coffee, and a powerful shower. But it did much more than tick boxes. Lorraine is charming and hospitable, but unobtrusive, and her house is beautiful, with interesting features (mouldings, tiled floor, stained glass) and tasteful décor. The location was perfect for us, close to Kelvingrove Park and Museum, very convenient for restaurants on Argyle Street, and not too far for a walk into the city centre. We stayed in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh suite, a huge room with all we needed, including lovely sofas to relax on after dinner and watch DVDs from the large selection provided. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute.A note for Rennie Mackintosh lovers. Please don’t miss the stunning Mackintosh Church (Queen’s Cross), which you can reach by a lovely riverside walk, but do check the opening times first.

We did not realise this part of Glasgow was so beautiful. The house is inviting and elegant and the rooms very spacious, with everything an independent traveller might need. We don't want 24 Hour room service. Lovely place to stay in luxury and piece and quiet - Rating 5/5
Everything was perfect and nice to have breakfast served to the room. I felt that the portions of butter and marmalade were inadequate for 2 people and as we were on the top floor in dressing-gowns it was not possible to obtain more when we needed it. Only a minor issue and we would definitely return again.

A very pleasant stay - Rating 5/5
We spent three nights at No.15 and we did not regret booking it. Excellent location: close to the M8, quiet and relaxed, but still close to virtually all major sights of the city. - Free parking. - Friendly welcome. - Lots of helpful information about Glasgow and the immediate vicinity. - Clean and spacious room with everything you need. - Very good breakfast. - Strong Wifi-signal. - The only thing we found missing (and would have liked), are reading lights, i. e. lamps that offer enough light to read a book/newspaper. But that is just a minor point. We will book No.15 again, next time we go to Glasgow.

A friend and I spent 5 nights at No. 15 this August.Lorraine is an amazing hostess, with in depth knowledge of every aspect of the city. The location is excellent; we walked everywhere and were close to parks, super restaurants, and neighborhood pubs.It is very quiet at night. The rooms are perfectly decorated and very clean, with a concern for every comfort.

Wonderful Stay - Rating 5/5
We stayed overnight in this beautiful boutique bed and breakfast.A delightful old building with cornices, ceiling roses and pillars in the hallway with a lovely park across the quiet street. Inside it is ultra-modern, the decor is neutral and tasteful and it was spotlessly clean throughout. Our ground floor room (pictured above, top two photographs) was light, airy and vary spacious overlooking the back garden with a beautiful, spacious en-suite with a large bath and separate walk-in shower. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like cotton wool pads, cotton buds and face cloths in the bathroom and plenty of tea and coffee etc. in the bedroom with extra milk and bottles of water in a fridge in the lounge where you can chill your own drinks if required. There was also a selection of reading materials there, maps of the area and a selection of complimentary dvds to watch on the television in the bedroom, if desired. The owner, Lorraine, could not have been more helpful, leaving her mobile number should we require anything if she was not in the building. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. There are working shutters on the bedroom window which enabled us to sleep in a dark room even after sunrise which was an added bonus for us.A choice of pillows was available too.Our delicious and much enjoyed breakfast was served in our room at a time to suit us and there was plenty of choice including fruit juice, cereals, full Scottish, tea/coffee, toast with butter and jam etc..I would highly recommend No.15 for it's comfort, style and relaxed atmosphere in a quiet street that is only minutes from the buzz of Glasgow city centre with all its shops, bars, restaurants, museums etc..I am very much looking forward to a return stay at No. 15 in the future :)

This was a stunning house excellently run and very friendly. Really nice touch to have breakfast in the room. Huge rooms with comfy beds.Would have liked a few more "boutique" furnishings such as tables, lamps and picture as the rooms were a little sparse. I'm also big fan of an honesty bar!! Just a thought

Beautiful oasis in the city - Rating 5/5
I loved 15 Glasgow, the house was beautifully decorated, was in a great location, the breakfast was delicious and served in the room, and Lorraine struck a good balance between being knowledgeable and leaving guests their privacy. My only complaints would be concerning the lack of water pressure in the shower and that it was not possible to open the window in the bedroom. Despite the enormous size of the room without the window being open a bit the air wasn't so ideal for a restful sleep. But other than these 2 small points, a great place to stay!

We stayed in the Tartan room on the ground floor at the back of the house. The room is huge and lovely decorated in a soft palette of oyster and grey. The large hallway decorated in soft grey and delicately carved cornices makes the house feel opulent and it is reflected in the rooms. The bathroom is very large accommodating a bath and a separate shower and luxury of luxury a heated floor. Lorraine is a soft spoken charming lady and very helpful. The breakfast selection is plentiful but we settled for a full Scottish breakfast. The B & B is located very near Kelvingrove Museum and the shopping streets yet very quiet with a lovely park in front of it. The weather was perfect too! Certainly an address to keep and hopefully next time we’ll meet the rest of the team!

Family Luxury- Rating 5/5
We stayed at the gorgeous hotel whilst visiting Glasgow for a family event. We decided we would like a little bit of luxury and this hotel was very near to the restaurant where we were attending a family dinner. This hotel is definitely something special. They decor is beautiful, right from the welcoming hallway, which is resplendent with stained glass windows and sweeping arches to the individually named rooms. We stayed in the room"Blue". The room was as described, 'blue' with every piece of decor in the room perfectly chosen. There were handy things left in the room, including glasses and a bottle opener and the usual kettle and teas and coffees. The kids were delighted to find a row of gingerbread men complete with kilts! It was a very large room and perfect for a family of four. There was a big TV and DVDs available which we made use of to entertain the kids whilst my husband I got ourselves ready for the evening. A large bed was almost separated from the main living area where a sofa bed was situated. Lorraine asked us when we would be leaving for the evening so that she could come and make up the sofa bed for the children. This was done for our return. The bathroom was also beautiful, with a double sink and a freestanding bath and a really lovely walk in shower.Lorrain was a lovely host and was perfectly attentive withoout being over bearing. We all had a lovely night's sleep and in the morning the kids watched the squirrels playing in the trees opposite whilst Lorraine brought our breakfast to our room which we had ordered on our arrival. The breakfast was super and it was very relaxing eating in our room.We loved this hotel and will certainly be back. Maybe next time we will leave the kids so we can truly enjoy the tranquility of this gemof a place.

When we had to leave early in the morning the hotel went out of its way to provide us with a continental breakfast. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others.

Beautiful spacious hallway leading into an elegant inviting lounge.Solid wide stairs leading to the gorgeous bedrooms- with space for a dance (should the mood take you)! Exceptionally clean and exceptionally beautiful. No.15 have worked hard to ensure every detail is covered - for better value than one of the larger, impersonal larger chains. Thank you Laura for such a wonderful experience - we will definitely be returning.

Gem of a place to stay - Rating 5/5
We have stayed here twice now in both of the beautiful suites. They are huge rooms with huge beds which are wonderfully comfortable.Plentiful tea and coffee - unusual plus 2 little cakes.Lovely toiletries, fluffy towels, soft bed linen - everything you could wish for.Great choice of breakfast served in your room exactly to time specified. The building is so exquisitely decorated and smells gorgeous!Friendly and delightful hosts to welcome you. Most surprising is just how totally silent it is which considering the location is surprising, but silent it most definitely is.Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing city break.

Stunning place to stay- Rating 5/5
This is an incredible B & B. We had the top floor suite with our 3 young children who said the (sofa) bed was the comfiest place they have ever slept! The decor is very stylish with beautifully selected individual pieces and the breakfast was the standard you would expect from a top 5* hotel. The setting in Glasgow is also gorgeous - a stunning area of the city with beautiful Georgian buildings and easy to walk to the huge Kelvingrove park and gallery and not far from shops and hustle and bustle too.

Great Stay! - Rating 5/5
We stayed at 15 Glasgow late May and couldn't have been more pleased with our room, warm welcome, helpfulness of our host Laura and and the excellent breakfasts. (Forgot our breakfast server's/room attendant's name but she was charming and also helpful with suggestions on the city). We were in the Burrell room, which had a nice view to the back garden/terrace, was roomy, spotless and beautifully appointed. While on the first floor (good if you have lots of luggage) we didn't find it noisy.Breakfasts are delicious and Laura was a lovely host. It's neither in the city center or West End but in between and we found the location to be convenient and quiet; an easy walk or bus ride to either the center or West End. Also a cab stand right around the corner for those times when you've walked all day and want to take it easy.It fully deserves all the accolades and we will return there when we visit Glasgow again.

Lovely house and location - Rating 4/5
Overnight stay from London to NW Scotland. Enormous room and bathroom. Ideally located for the West End. Good recommendations by the owner for bar and restaurant. The only minor quibbles were the size of the shampoos and shower gel. For £165 a night you shouldn't have to be rationing these out so there is enough for a shower in the evening and the morning. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as well - dry scrambled eggs and tasteless bread for the toast.

A 5star Boutique Hotel - Rating 5/5
It is a B&B, but it could be a 5star boutique hotel. We were looking for a luxury stay in a convenient area and that is not that easy in Glasgow. 15Glasgow fulfills both !!! At 20 minutes walking of the center or Kevingrove museum. We had the "The Drawing Room" suite on 1st floor with view on the communal gardens. The bathroom is really spacious, modern and has a walk in shower room.15Glasgow is a Victorian house located on a silent srquare. The interior design is well thought off by Laura and family. Fabulous ! Laura, the hostess, is very helpful, but respects your privacy. The recommendations of Laura are great. Breakfast is served in the room and is complete, having the choice between Scottish and Continental. Breakfast is a feast. Take this place in account and the suite gives really a surplus of space and view. WiFi for free. Parking place on reservation. Reviewed as well by Alastair Sawday.

We are travelling quite a lot and we are so fed up with all those uniform 4* hotels offering standardized rooms, the same boring breakfast buffets every morning and where the friendliness of the staff often just seems false. Then you are coming to G15, you are given a true warm welcome in a stunning entrance hall, you get immediately wrapped in the elegant scent of fresh lilies, the room is beautifully furnished, the delicious breakfast is brought to your room with a friendly smile every day. City Break - Rating 4/5
A great little place tucked away in a quiet leafy area of the city. We had a lovely stay, a warm welcome, comfy spacious room with very nice breakfast served to our room.We enjoyed being within walking distance of the west end for a lazy Saturday morning amble and coffee, ate in a fantastic local restaurant (recommended by 15) a short taxi ride away and made the most of the sunny day in Kelvingrove Park just along the road.We will be staying again!

perfect - Rating 5/5
On arrival we were presented with a lovely cake for my wifes 40th birthday. I didn't ask for anything special, but they provided it anyway. This reflects our stay really in that the service was fantastic. The hotel is fantastic too. Also it is really well located for city centre and the west end too. Will definitely go back to glasgow and will definitely stay at 15.

Great find - Rating 5/5
We were really impressed with 15 glasgow. We hiked from the train station and arrived at an unmarked georgian house (perhaps a sign would be good?). The neighborhood is great -- right by West End. The interior of the house has been completely remodeled. The room was beautiful, with insanely high ceilings and fancy bathroom fixtures. Breakfast delivered to the room was great for introverts like us. The host was very accommodating when we needed to stash our bags for a while after checkout. Very recommended.

Fantastic! - Rating 5/5
Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed staying! The house is so wonderful, restful and the room beautiful. Even though you were fully booked when we were there it didn't feel at all full, and we had so much peace and quiet - we weren't disturbed and everything went so smoothly. We also felt very welcomed by everyone we met. The house is wonderful, and a truly terrific place to stay. Hopefully we'll get a little bit of a chance to have a longer stay next time!
